HAMK student records the nature of Tanzania

Tapio Kaisla,a student of the degree programme in Forestry at HAMK University of Applied Sciences, spent about three months in Tanzania in the summer of 2007. For most of the time, he was on work placement on the east coast, in the eastern Usambara mountains, at Finland’s Magoroto Mlinga Conservation Ecotourism Project (MAMCEP).

Kaisla’s tasks involved taking as many photographs as possible and providing comments and suggestions for improvements to the project. The project identified the suitable locations for tourist sights, such as waterfalls and various sightseeing locations, which Kaisla then photographed.

The pictures are taken by Tapio Kaisla.
