HAMKO's local student unions organize sport activities in the campuses. Several sport services are free benefits for all members of HAMKO.
Local student unions can advice you concerning sports events and services.
There are also Gyms in the campuses of HAMK in Hämeenlinna at your disposal. The doors of the gyms are locked in order to ensure the right usage of the facilities. The students and the personnel of HAMK UAS may receive a key card, which grants entry the gym areas.
Key card and the right of entry can be purchased in the following way:
* On Visamäki Campus:
1) Student pays the fee in the Library in building D and receives a receipt.
2) Student takes the receipt to the info desk at building C, where the janitor provides the right of entry to the key card
* On the Lahdensivu Campus:
1) Student pays the fee in the info desk at Metsola and receives a receipt.
2) Student takes the receipt to the info desk at Ainola, where the janitor provides the right of entry to the key card
Fees
* Right of entry during 1st September - 31st May - 20 eur
* Right of entry during 1st June - 31st August - 20 eur
The gyms are available without restrictions during 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. In addition the sports hall is available, if there are no earlier reservations.
Insurance
HAMKO members are insured for accident during HAMKO´s sport courses and sport pass guided hours.
