Open University of Applied Sciences

You can complete parts of degree-awarding studies at HAMK´s Open University of Applied Sciences for free.

When studying in a degree programme, you can also take courses at the Open University of Applied Sciences, provided that places are available. If you take courses included in your degree programme and approved in your personal study plan, studies are provided free of charge and you enrol using the eHops web interface.

Universities of Applied Sciences throughout Finland

At Open Studies you can choose from a range of diverse courses, whatever your age or background. Open studies are arranged during the daytime, in the evenings, on weekends and on the web at all universities of applied sciences throughout Finland. Completed open studies can compensate parts of a degree programme, should you later decide to apply to one.

This portal includes information about open studies at universities of applied sciences. Most of these studies are arranged as web-based learning. For more detailed information about open studies at a particular university of applied sciences, please contact the university’s own website.
